MOP-UP ROUND
(NURSING PHYSIOTHERAPY AND PARAMEDICAL COURSES)
It is for the information of all the eligible candidates desirous of seeking admissions to Nursing, Physiotherapy and Paramedical courses in Government and Private Institutions affiliated to Pt. BD Sharma UHS Rohtak located in the State of Haryana and all the concerned that the Mop-up Round of Counselling for admission to UG/PG Nursing/Physiotherapy/Paramedical degree courses based on the merit of CET- 2023 conducted by Pt. BD Sharma UHS, Rohtak shall be held as per the following schedule:

- All candidates should ensure to upload all requisite documents on the Admission Web Portal and complete the registration process as per schedule.
- The candidates who have already registered themselves for the first and second round and wish to participate in the Mop-up round, shall not be required to register again, but will have to submit their preference/choices afresh for Mop-up round.
- The candidates who have “joined” the seat allotted to them upto Round-II of counselling, shall not be eligibleto participate in Mop-up Round/further round of counselling (if any) even after resignation.
- Conversion of seats PWBD Category to ESM/FF Category will be done as per Govt. of Haryana Policy issued from time to time after exhaustion of merit list After exhaustion of merit list of candidates who have applied under various reserved categories, vacant seats (if any) shall be reverted to their original category of seats and if still there is a vacancy, the same shall be converted to unreserved category/ management seats and filled up in the Mop-up Round itself for both Government and Private Nursing/Physiotherapy/Medical Colleges.
Note:-
- The choices filled by the candidates for the I & II round of counseling shall be treated as null and void and the candidates will have to fill fresh choices to be eligible for participating in the Mop-up Round of counseling.
- The above instructions should be read alongwith the Govt. Notification dated 01.06.2023 and Public Notices issued from time to time.
